Roast your Garlic!!!
Great recipe. I like it and made a couple of tweaks to it.
I used 3 tablespoons of sour cream instead of the milk, which gave it a slightly tart note.
And roasted a head of garlic as I was making the dough. The roasted garlic is really nice and simply takes away the sharpness of the garlic. Chopped it up and kneaded it in easily because of its soft texture.
This will be great for dinner tonight!
