Cheese and Bacon Potato Rounds

Had 2 large russets and maybe only 1/2 a cup of grated cheddar so i also used a little american cheese. I followed others advice and poured the melted butter over the potato slices in a bowl. I seasoned with onion powder, garlic salt, chili powder, a bit of season salt & Some fresh ground pepper. I put em in the oven at 400 for 15 mins then flipped over and cooked another 13 minutes. I didn't want them to be crispy but more baked potato like. Took them out and sprinkled the cheddar over all then took slices of American, tore them up and added about 3 little chunks to each potato. I cooked and crumbled turkey bacon over top & broiled until cheese was bubbly. Drizzled with ranch dressing & we all devoured them! 2 large potatoes fed me, my husband, my 12 yr old and his buddy! Great late night snack but I'd bet they'd be awesome with a steak or any meat instead of a baked potato. Great appetizer for parties too! I was out but I will definitely add green onion next time
