If I simply had followed the directions for four servings, this would have been a total flop: As it happens, though, I was determined to make my wife blueberry pancakes in bed this morning and so I augmented it by adding a little more milk and water-- and it turned out fabulous. Credit where credit is due: the recipe itself helped these turn out, but just think critically when you read this recipe-- if it doesn't seem correct, perhaps you can fix it on your own. My pancakes were the best pancakes my wife and I had had in awhile!
