Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

mmmmm.... i don't like chocolate in general, but this is in peril in my fridge, i just might eat it all myself, it's INCREDIBLY smooth and creamy!best fudge i've ever had!

Rainbow Salad

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

Great recipe, i never cooked lamb before, so this was new for me. it came out good, though i'd suggest cooking it longer than the recipe calls for. it's nearly raw here.

This was Great, I made it last year for easter, and the whole family loved it... i would be careful with the cloves though, my family doesn't care for them(though i love 'em) so i put very few on. i definitely suggest this recipe, juicy and sweet!

Valentino's Pizza Crust

This was an excellent recipe, i used margarine instead of olive oil and honey for the sugar. i got a soft, slightly sweet(not too sweet) slightly chewy pizza crust,the entire thing dissapeared in minutes, even my son who is a very picky eater, ate two peices!oh and i must add, for those who have used this recipe, and gotten a biscuit like crust, try UNBLEACHED all purpose flour,it stretches better for a less starchy, and more chewy texture.

Sticky Buns I

This was great, i must say i rarely have as much luck as i did in baking these. i did use light margarine instead of regular if somebody else ever thinks of substituting it, it works great. I do however think that these could use more syrup, but that's a personal preference, and the recipe as it is is absolutely fantastic. i left them in the fridge overnight to rise the last time,and popped 'em in the oven in the morning, they had to be some of the lightest softest rolls ive tasted, DEFINITELY worth making!
