Slow-Cooker Barbecue Ribs

I loved making this recipe, my roomates could not believe the taste of the ribs. For my first time making this the ribs came out falling off the bone and I think better than using a BBQ base. Easy to make and easy to clean up. Also, I preped the recipe the night before which was a good idea. I mixed all the ingrediants and saved in one bowl and covered with cling wrap and then browned the ribs for 15 min on each side just like the video. Then I refridgerated that too. In the morning all I had to do was add the mix and ribs and there you go.

Peanut Butter French Toast

I tried this recipe this morning. It turned out very good. I will double the recipe next time and add more peanut butter. But overall I think my kids will enjoy it.

Au Gratin Potatoes

I thought it turned out good but needs something, mabe bacon. I went out and got a new glass pan that seem a little too big. I would also add salt and pepper to the mix.

Restaurant-Style Potato Skins

These turned out excellent. I used red potatoes but next time I may use big brown ones. I may try other fillings too. This was the best pictuure.

Marinated Spicy Pork Chops

I merinated them for about 24 hours and cooked them in my oven at 400 wrapped in foil so they don't dry out. Very Tasty.

I really enjoyed this. I think I will try chef john recipe next for carmalized bacon. Mainly I want to try a wet carmalizaition and not a dry one.

Cajun Deviled Eggs

This was my first time making deviled eggs and I thought they turned out good. I tried the bag idea, but had an easier time just using a very small spoon to put the mix back in the egg. Next time I will pick up disposable icing bag.
