High Protein Peanut Butter Balls
Yuck. Sorry. The taste is not good. I was really looking forward to this, as the reviews were good. I know they are a healthy snack, and therefore are worth a try. But, don't expect them to be " delicious" as some reviewers raved. I used all good ingredients and did not skimp. But, they just tasted like your average health store snack food that we all know some folks just rave about because it is touted as being healthy and they pretend they like it. ;).

Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich
WOW! I never knew peanut butter melted so creamy! I recommend you only spread on thin layers of peanut butter or it might be too overwhelming. I did one thin layer on each bread slice so the banana was in the middle. Awesome. Cooked with butter on panini maker. Easy. Sliced the banana thin length wise. Laid long, thin pieces across bread. Fabulously delicious.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Delicious and healthy. Next time I will use 1/2 the spinach and add more cheese. I used Parmesan/Romano cheeses in place of feta. I also used a mixture of 1/2 lite mayo and lite sour cream. We loved the flavor the bacon added (it was not greasy at all) and may use more bacon next time. I browned the chicken in a skillet before I stuffed them, as I like the " finished look" of browned chicken. (you can lower cooking time by 15 minutes this way, too.). I also brushed on a mixture of olive oil/oregano/garlic to chicken half way through cooking. Very moist!
