Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I made these over Christmas and although they turned out beautiful, the dough was the perfect consistency and they came out of the pan with ease, I really didn't care for them. Maybe because there wasn't enough chocolate for me. I'll stick with the old recipe with the Hershey kiss stuck in the middle of a peanut butter cookie.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

This was a very simple,easy, flavorful sauce. I didn't have the tomato paste and it tasted fine without it. I used petite chopped tomatoes and didn't have to get out the food processor. Will definitely make again!

Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were very good. I didn't use quite as much sugar. Instead of margarine I used butter. The dough was very stiff- I figured the cookies would be hard as a rock but was pleasantly surprised they are nice and chewy in the middle. Has anyone tried adding peanut butter??

Yeast Waffles

This is my ONLY waffle recipe. I hate those boxed baking mixes-too heavy for my taste. This makes a light waffle that can be crispy on the outside if you leave it in the waffle iron that long.I like to make them a bit on the under cooked side and then freeze them for breakfast. Put them in the toaster oven for a minute or so and a great breakfast.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

These are very good. I had a "yen" for something peanut butter and saw this recipe.They are so good, I didn't bother with the filling. I'm the type of person that usually picks the frosting off cakes and doesn't eat it, same with sandwich cookies, I don't usually eat the filling. A mighty fine peanut butter oatmeal cookie as is with a glass of milk.

Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

I had bought these molten cakes at a large warehouse store and LOVED them. This recipe is better. If you love chocolate and a gooey center, you can't go wrong with this recipe.
