This is now my favorite pork recipe. The chops turned out very moist and tasted great. Thanks!!

Banana Pudding Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2004
Very moist cake. I did not have banana pudding mix on hand so I substituted vanilla and it still tasted great. My boyfriend ate three pieces in one night. Next time I will substitute applesauce for oil. Definately a keeper.

Snickerdoodles I

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2004
This is a very good recipe. At first I was a little skeptical because the dough was very crumbly, but the cookies turned out great. They puffed up nicely and tasted wonderful. Thanks Linda!

This is a great idea. I was going to toss my leftover pitas until I found this recipe. Perfect for a quick dinner.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2004
Excellent recipe!! These rolls were soooo good (I ate three). Instead of making them into the cresent shape suggested, I made 6 balls and baked them in a small pan. I placed the remaining rolls on a cookie sheet and froze them and put them in a freezer bag for future use. Thanks for the amazing recipe!!

Chocolate Crinkles II

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2004
These cookies were very good. I used shortening in place of the margarine because I didn't have time to chill the dough. They turned out nicely, but with using the shortening, they retained their ball-shape so I flattened the cookies with my hand after this discovery.

Barbecue Beef Cups

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2004
These were very easy, but they didn't taste as great as I had hoped. I don't think I would use this recipe again unless I was in a major pinch for time.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2004
Excellent cookies! I substituted shortening in place of the butter and because I do not have a mini muffin tin, I used a regular baking sheet. This worked very well and the cookies turned out soft and delicious. Thanks for sharing!

Simple Scones

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2005
This recipe is excellent. I prepared the scones with dried cranberries, but had no oranges on hand so I left the zest out. I used fat free sour cream and followed the advice of other reviewers and mixed it in the blender. A quick way to a delicious breakfast!!
