Spicy Orange Beef

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2004
My hubby and I loved the sauce! No leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I incorporated the suggestions of the other reviewers and omitted the zest and added broccoli and red pepper. Had no sherry at hand but still tasted great. Cook times in the recipe are spot-on. Thanks for the recipe! Will definitely cook this again, maybe next time with chicken. =)

Easy Italian Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2004
Very good and tasty. I made it with some modifications. Rubbed the chicken with lemon pepper (as recommended by 1 reviewer) and italian seasoning. I also added a squirt of lemon to the water for simmering. Wonderfully delicious chicken. Will definitely cook this again. Thanks Lottie =)

Garlic Lovers Beef

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2004
Wonderful recipe! So simple and delicious. It's just like the Filipino recipe called MECHADO, but cooked in the oven. This cut of meat that usually turns out tough when I cook it was really tender. And to keep the meat from being bland (as other reviewers warned), I seasoned it with salt, pepper, basil and red pepper flakes. Thanks for sharing =)

Baked Soy Lemon Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2005
Very good dish which got raves from the picky hubby. I diluted the soy sauce with a bit of water, doubled the lemon, nixed the oil, and marinated the chops for 4 hours. Yummy!

Shrimp and Asparagus

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2006
Really good and easy. Did not use olive oil. Sauteed mushroom, garlic and asparagus in butter for 5 minutes. Mixed all that with cooked pasta. Sauteed shrimp and garlic in butter, then added lemon juice and red pepper flakes. Mixed everything with pasta and veggies, then added parmesan. Really good with garlic bread. Thanks for sharing your recipe =).

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2007
Seasoned the meat with salt and pepper, doubled the mushroom soup, added half pack of onion mix. Cooked on high for first 2 hours, then low for the next three. Sauteed mushrooms in garlic and onions, then added these in during the 2nd hour of cooking. Best stroganoff I've ever cooked! Thanks for the recipe!

Shrimp and Mushroom Linguini with Creamy Cheese Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2008
Great recipe! Really delicious. Upped the shrimp to 1 pound. Cook shrimps with mushrooms. Added cooked shrimp liquid to 1/4 cup milk. Add this mixture to the cream cheese (1/2 cup)/butter/garlic sauce.
