This was a good recipe to start with and turned out great in the end, but only because of some very necessary changes I made. I made the batter exactly as directed, and got a concoction so thick there was no way I could fold in blueberries or pour into muffin cups. I kept adding milk until I felt like it was a better consistency to work with. Also, the amount of crumbly topping suggested is more than twice what you need. I completely covered the tops of the muffins and still had over a half a bowl left. However, with these changes they turned out fabulous. I made them for guests staying over and they were a huge hit!
