Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

This pasta recipe is simply wonderful. I made only a few changes, I used Mrs Dash seasoning on the chicken and added two tablespoons of butter to the finished asparagus and chicken. I highly recommend this simple and elegant dish.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Wonderful recipe! I made a lot of changes; doubled the cream cheese, used chicken broth, two chicken breasts and shredded them after cooking time, 1/2 pound penne pasta. Perfect amount of food for our family of four with leftovers.

Creamed Chicken for Biscuits

My boys LOVED this recipe! I left out the almonds and used two chicken breasts that I quickly cooked in a saute pan with garlic, salt, pepper and a little olive oil. I served it over mashed potatoes!

Spicy Orange Beef

Busy Night Turkey Taco Soup with Avocado Cream

What a wonderful idea! I thought this soup was fabulous and even better as leftovers. I did not have mexican corn so I used one can of regular corn and 1/2 tblp of taco seasoning. (I also omitted the beans)

Quick Asian Beef Noodle Soup

Wonderful combination of flavors. Quick and easy and family friendly. We omitted the onion (hubby hates onion) and added an extra package of noodles for the kids. It was a popular and very easy dinner!

Sausage Gravy III

Eight thumbs up - This meal was gobbled up by my boys. I used only 2cups of milk though and served with mashed potatoes and toast. YUM!

Cheesy Potato and Corn Chowder

Wow! This is full of flavor thanks to the gravy mix and green chilis. I used brown gravy mix in place of the country gravy and received rave reviews. This will definately be put in regular rotation in our family. Thanks for sharing!
