Pretty good. I took others suggestions and added the peas and crushed potato chips, and seasoning with garlic and onion powder, extra can of tuna and milk. My toddler gobbled it up! Will make again for a quick and easy meal. Thanks!

Spicy Garlic Lime Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2006
This was tastier than I expected. We loved it. I left out the red pepper and just sprinkled it liberally on my husbands chicken breasts (Daughter and I can't eat spicy) Left proportions of spices the same for 3 breasts and used it all up. Great!

Authentic Enchiladas Verdes

Reviewed: Aug. 3, 2005
Very yummy salsa. I made chicken and salsa in adcance, and sauteed onion and garlic with chicken when I reheated it. I also added sour cream to this mixture before assembling the enchiladas. I only had flour tort's, so I skipped the frying process and just dipped them in the salsa. Heated through in oven. Thank you!

Flavorful Mexican Mole

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2004
This wasn't like the dark mole i'm used to, but i should've guessed that from the amount of tomatoes. I made a half recipe, but used 3 jalapenos, and it was just way too spicy for me. After tasting the sauce before heating it, I ended up throwing half of it away in order to fix it up and allow it to fit into my food processor. After making some changes, it was awesome! I calculated what the changes would be to keep the original serving size and they would be to use half the amount of tomatoes, use only 2 jalapenos, double the amounts of walnuts, sesame seeds, raisins, and chocolate, use 3 T garlic, and add in the veg. stock to desired consistency (i probably used 1/2 of suggested amount; it will thicken a little when cooking with main entree). I also made it with chicken legs and thighs.

Souvlaki

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2004
This was great! I used a 2 lb. pork loin and marinated for 7 hrs., then threw it all in a covered dutch oven and baked for 45 min at 350. The only thing I would do differently is cut pork into smaller pieces. (Just personal preference)
