This chicken was soooo tender and had great lemon garlic flavor. I did follow other peoples suggestions and did the following: 1) used chicken broth instead of water, 2) used enough chicken broth to cover the chicken completely in the crock pot, 3) cooked for 1/2 the time suggested, 4) added fresh sliced mushrooms (yum). At the end because I had used so much broth, I put the liquid back in a skillet and used cornstarch to make it into a thicker gravy. Again, yum. What a great recipe!!!
