Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2014
This is a staple at our house! My husband took left overs to work and got many compliments from his fellow co-worker! I also make country fried gravy (the white gravy) to go on top. McCormick's is the best if you don't have time for homemade. But this is easy to make and the batter sticks to the chicken like glue! No bald spots!

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2014
This is a staple in our house! Fantastic! I crave this stuff! The only thing I modify is the amount of cayenne pepper. Using the whole amount the recipe calls for tends to be too spicy for our little ones.

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo

Reviewed: May 23, 2013
Omg! Omg! I so wish that I could give this more stars! This is one of my new favorite Italian dishes! My family loved it! Well worth all the prep. The only things I changed on the recipe was the tomatoes. We aren't big tomatoes eaters. I also added steamed broccoli florets! I will definitely be making this again. Also, there wasnt a ton of sauce as compared to the noodles like stated in other reviews. We had equal proportions of both.

Ranch Crispy Chicken

Reviewed: May 20, 2013
I am currently cooking this as we speak so I will update. PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BAKING! For those that have said it was TOO SALTY, YOU MOST LIKELY USED THE WRONG SEASONING! Hidden Valley Ranch makes THE SEASONING FOR DIP & SEASONING FOR DRESSING! They are different. The dip mix is extremely salty as I made the mistake of thinking they were the same and mixed as a salad dressing. I couldn't even eat the salad bc it was too salty. Please note the recipe calls for the dressing mix as well; not the dip mix. Read the seasoning packet carefully before purchasing. The ranch dressing mix isn't salty at all.

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2013
I loved this recipe! However, I tripled the ingredients. It just didn't cover all of our pork chops. I also marinated them all day. The flavor was wonderful but if I had to do it over again I would have marinated them at least 24+ hours.
