This recipe was DELICIOUS! I followed the recipe to the t! With the exception of the chicken. I have small kids and used tenders. I deep fried them over med-high heat for about 7 minutes and flipped them halfway. They were juicy and fabulous! Also, I didn't have a roller but I got most of the crackers crunched up to salt like consistency. However, the ones that were a tad bigger were actually better and gave the chicken a better crunch! The batter stuck very well to the chicken! I also put white gravy over it. My taste buds were going crazy. For those that like white gravy (country gravy) but don't feel like fooling with a recipe, McCormick makes wonderful gravy! You can't tell it's not homemade. Will make again!
