Pleasant Pork Chops

Very filling and easy. The gravy is a bit bland but with a lot of salt and pepper it makes the grade.

Christmas Wreaths

Fun to make but you must use frosted flakes instead of plain corn flakes. Plain just isn't sweet enough for a treat.

Chuck's Come On Ice Cream (or Night of the Red Death) Chili

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2007
Fantastic recipe! I actually won a chili cook-off using this one. Be sure to only use the amount of peppers you're comfortable with.

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2007
This has become my family's favorite dessert. It is unexpected and original. All the goodness of a fruit pie with the richness of a cheese cake and the fluffiness of a boxed cake.

I have to be honest and admit I only use this recipe for the dry rub and cook my ribs entirely differently but the rub is enough to recommend this recipe.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2007
This recipe is off the charts! I did take others advice and simply mixed the brown sugar and ketchup together and applied it to the TOP of the loaf. We now eat this at least once a week.

Brisket with BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2007
The Barbeque sauce in this recipe just lacks the kick I expect from a quality sauce. The brisket was wonderfully tender though. Maybe just make your own favorite barbecue or store bought sauce and this recipe greatly improves.

Lobster Bisque

Reviewed: Dec. 26, 2006
A fantastic and easy recipe. I followed the advice of some others and added tomato paste and upped the cayenne and worchester sauce. I also had alot to serve and being that lobster is expensive here in the midwest, I added a pound of scallops to the pound of lobster when doubling the recipe. The flavor and texture was excellent.
