Mini Cheesecakes I

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
I've made these several times and always get rave reviews! My brothers friends even arm wrestle for who gets the last one... boys. I followed another reviewers suggestion and now make 3 different flavors: Cherry Almond, Raspberry with White Chocolate and Oreo. All are delicious! P.S. Don't forget to make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2009
I don't usually submit reviews for recipes that I try, but for this one, I felt compelled. The cookies are perfect! Just as the description says: crispy edges and soft inside. Those who bake often know that the tricks for good cookies are to use eggs that are room-temperature, real butter and to refridgerate the batter before spooning it onto the cookie sheet. I also made large balls and flattened them slightly with my hand before baking. Great recipe! Will defintely make again!
