I followed this recipe as-is despite my concerns about it being too sweet. But after my panna cottas set in the fridge, the sweetness was perfect. I served mine in wine glasses so I cooled my mixture down by placing the saucepan in the sink with cold water before pouring the mixture into the glasses. I didn't have any problems with separation or anything else! This must be the easiest yet tastiest dessert to make of all time! I'm so excited to serve this to guests.
