Blueberry Crisp I

Came out a little too mushy for my liking. Not my kind of recipe. But my husband did like it, but he said "it's nothing special", would NOT make again.

Four Fruit Pie

I used fuit that I bought frozen. i let them defrost and put it in a pie shell with all the other things. I cut down on the sugar. It was great and had the real flavor of fruit, not overly sweet.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Great, easy to do. I added some Mrs. Dash to the dough so it wouldn't be bland. I also prebaked it for 7 minutes. then added topping and baked pizza for 15 minutes. I also added a little cornmeal to the baking pan before and it came out crunchy and delicious. This is my recipe from now on. I like that it is high in fiber and really keeps you full. Use this, you will never be unhappy!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

So easy to make and so tasty. I halved the recipe, and it's good I did because you can't stop eating these. I followed it exactly except I used chocolate that was semi-sweet chopped off a giant 10 lbs. bar. I plan on making these all the time. i need no other recipe. Tastes the same as a cookie recipe I have from "Death By Chocolate". LOVE IT! And my husband (who happens to be a gourmet chef) loves these too, and he's very picky.

Shabbat Challah

It made a very nice white bread, but it's not even close to the authentic challah recipe I was looking for. But it is good for an everyday bread.

Lentils and Rice with Fried Onions (Mujadarrah)

This is the authentic rice and lentils from Aleppo. Very tasty! I eat it with either fried onions, or with a yogurt sauce with cucumber, garlic, mint, and a dash of salt.

Honey Whole Wheat Bread

Very easy to make! I use only whole wheat four and just increase the water by a little, and it comes out great. One of the easiest breads I've ever made. Healthy too!

Henry and Maudie's Oatmeal Cookies

This cookie was so easy to make. I don't usually bake cookies and I had no problem at all. They come out very sweet. I make half the amount every time and it's so good warm out of the oven. I just want to ask anyone if they have a way to cut the fat/calories in this recipe?
