Salsa Chicken
I followed the recipe exactly other than adding a few more seasonings and parmesan to the crackers. I must have done something horribly wrong because my chicken was awfully soggy at the end of the cooking time. I was able to save it by broiling it for 3 minutes per side. The flavor was amazing and even after the long cooking time and broiling the meat was tender and juicy! I will definitely make again but probably follow a few of the tips from other reviews.

Charleston Breakfast Casserole
Very easy and tastes wonderful. I did increase the milk to 2 cups and used 10 eggs as other reviewers suggested. I also made it the night before and added veggies. It was a little salty but we didn't mind and that was probably because of the croutons I used.

Flavorful Southern Fried Chicken
I didn't have bread crumbs so I used crushed Ritz crackers. One tube is the perfect amount called for in this recipe. I also used bone-in chicken thighs instead of tenders because that's what I had on hand so I cooked them for 8 minutes per side. My family loved it!
