They were good, but eat them quickly - if you leave them out on a plate for more than 5 minutes they'll be swimming in a puddle of water.

I should have taken the advice of the other reviewers and cooked the crust a bit more - I found that there was too much crust as well; next time - and there will be a next time - I'll only make half as much crust mixture. Filling was excellent!

Turned out thick and creamy. Used older garlic and it was super strong - too strong to eat on its own (and we love garlic)! Kept it in the fridge and used it in cooking. Next time I'll use fresh garlic.

PHILADELPHIA Antipasto Loaf

I actually found this recipe in a "What's Cooking?" magazine, made it, loved it, and then lost the recipe. So happy I found it here! Last time I forgot to buy artichoke hearts, so added crumbled bacon instead. They were gone in minutes! This is a definite keeper.

Fluffy Pancakes

Wonderfully fluffy and tall. I would have given a full 5 stars if the batter wasn't so thick! I attempted one using the batter made as stated and it turned out fine, but thinning it with milk (I added another 1/2 cup!) yielded the exact same results. This will definitely be my new pancake recipe.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

It smelled delicious while cooking, but was disappointed with how bland the au jus tasted. Should have used a darker beer and more seasonings as suggested by other reviewers. I won't make this again.

Perogies

Great dough recipe - I used my own filling in an attempt to recreate what my Finnish grandmother used to fill hers with (a mixture of potato, milk, Velveeta, salt and pepper) and they turned out great (although a few split open in the pot - my error though; I think I'll have to invest in a perogy shaper). Fried them afterwards with bacon and onions and served with sour cream. Mmmmmm.

What an excellent recipe! The dough was easy enough to work with (I took the advice of another reviewer who suggested to pack the flour into the measuring cup rather than loosely adding) and the loaves came out perfectly. Hubby ate an entire loaf by himself! Thanks for a great recipe!

Mom's Pretzels

Good recipe. Followed directions exactly and they turned out great - the dough was sticky (but I expected that reading the reviews) but when it came time to form the pretzels the dough was great to work with. The texture was really nice, too - wonderfully soft and chewy. My only grievance - I thought pretzels had a distinct taste. This tasted like plain white bread to me. It was really good though.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Easy to make and so yummy! I used the sugar cookie icing recipe on the site as well and made really cute ghost cookies for my 3-year old nephew's Halloween-themed birthday. The whole batch was gone in a half-hour. Will definitely be pulling this recipe out again at Christmas! Great recipe!

Great Pumpkin Dessert

Maybe it's me, but this did not work out for me at all. I found the whole thing waaaaay too sweet. If I ever do make it again, I would only use a 1/2 cup of sugar since the cake mix topping is already really sweet, especially when it's used as-is.
