Beefy Manicotti

Great recipe! Kids liked it (which is very uncommon). I have added it to my very short list of meals that the entire family will eat. I used my kids favorite spaghetti sauce instead of the stewed tomatoes/white wine. I only did this because I didn't have any canned tomatoes.

Cinnamon Griddle Cakes

I followed the recipe exactly and was very pleased! My very picky 7 yr old had 2nds. Contrary to some of the other comments, mine had the same consistency as Bisquick pancakes. They were light, fluffy and a perfect pancake. Yummy!!!
