Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2014
I made this two nights ago, looking for something to go with half an Acorn Squash. Followed the recipe used (Squeeze bottle garlic),but followed the recipe except for that, It was delicious, very easy and will make again, especially on those nights I need to fix something in a hurry.

Pork Chops German Style

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2014
I made this for myself, and used two chops. Had the second one two days later and it was as delicious as the first one. For one or two people there was enough rice for the meal, I added chicken broth to have enough to make the gravy. If you need more rice, just make it on the side. excellent one pan dish. Both my parents were German, but this must have been a 1950r 60,s dish I think. Very good then and now.

Hamburger Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 27, 2014
This is a good basic recipe but you need to add the things your family likes. I added Worcestershire sauce to the Mushroom soup, 3 finely chopped cloves of Garlic, and I sauteed sliced mushrooms along with onion before adding on top of the meat. It was a bit dry,so next time I'll add more milk.

Tropical Grilled Pork Chops

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2014
I fixed this for two, and it was fantastic, a bit of work time I suggest making it a day ahead of time and let the meat sit overnight in the marinade, but its well worth it. I am using the left over Salsa on every type of meat, and it always compliments it and makes it taste better.

Oven Baked Chicken Teriyaki

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2014
I did not change a thing except to change the servings amount to 2 servings. I fixed it with Asian mix vegtables that I mixed in with Brown Rice and the rest of the sauce. Was quick, easy, and delicious. I might cut down on the sugar a bit, but that's all I would change. Thanks for a great recipe and I'll never buy Teriyaki Marinade again.

Mary's Meatloaf

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2013
I usually don't like left over meat loaf, but this was really good just heated up a slice at a time along with a piece of buttered bread for lunch. Since I'm not a picky eater I had enough left over after cutting the recipe in half for 4 lunches. Thank you Mary it is excellent. I give it 5 stars.

Fresh Tomato Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2013
I made this for a Church Picnic and even though there was another tomato salad brought. Mine was the only one that was completely finished. The only thing I did was add a red and yellow bell pepper instead of the green, and added half a teaspoon of sugar. This will always be my go to salad for summer.
