I used what I had: mandarin orange, no lemon, ground cinnamon. It tasted good with a great aftertaste. Sweet and spicy!

I made a no nuts version and substituted vanilla flavored yogurt for the plain. They came out great. I will make them again. They were not hard to make either.

Fabulous Homemade Bread

A staple in our home. I've substituted all the flour for unbleached whole wheat flour with great results as well as substituting all sugar for white sugar. Such an easy recipe for getting 6 loaves out. I freeze the loaves after I shape them and thaw in the fridge, let it rise an hour more and bake as directed.

Great recipe. I really did cook this over a fire and it was delicious. I ommited the onions and guestimated the cheese. This will be a camping staple!

A favorite in our home. Easy recipe, good taste. This is a light bread but it holds up very well. Works well with bread flour and all-purpose, too.

Great recipe! Buttery and soft right out of the oven, I really don't know how they keep because my family ate them up. We sprinkled cinnamon-sugar over them to sweeten.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

Fantastically Addicting! I used organic peanut butter which changed the texture of the bottom layer but it wasn't bad. I also substituted cinnamon graham crackers (it's what I had) and it actually made for a nice complement to the chocolate I used (62% cacao dark chocolate).
