Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs
I also cooked this in the oven with additional sauce and served it over a rice blend. It was delicious. I could envision using pheasant instead of chicken with similar results.

Stacked Tomato and Burrata Salad
Burrata is our newest addiction; it's decadent and delicious. This is a beautiful presentation, although we find it easier to simply place the burrata on a plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper, drizzle with a good quality extra virgin olive oil, and slather it on baguette slices or tomatoes, and top with chopped fresh basil. Try it, it's like a taste of summer.

Wine-Braised Beef Brisket
I had never made brisket before so I followed this recipe exactly. It was delicious! I used our homemade beef stock in place of broth, which I personally think put this over the top. Instead of basting, I turned the brisket over every 45 min or so (total 4 times). There was no need to reduce gravy as it cooked down to a a perfect consistency; just enough to flavor the buttered noodles I served this with. I honestly wish I could have rated it higher, and my family agrees. lol
