Carrot Pineapple Cake I

sigh, I was disappointed, it wasnt particularly moist and it seemed to be missing things. Raisins would probably help. i thought it rated about a six out of ten, I guess I'll have to keep looking for a carrot cake recipe I like. I wont make this one again

Sadly this was disappointing. I followed the recipe exactly, but it was far too sweet, even with only 2 tsp of brown sugar and overwhelmingly ketchup flavoured.

Maria's Rice

I get the majority of my recipes from this website and generally the results are very good.This dish however,was a major disaster. I followed the recipe exactly and the end result was an unappetizing grey brown colour and the rice itself stuck to the pan.What was left of it was gluey, mushy and incredibly salty.

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin

My teenagers inhaled this one!! I coated the tenderloin with oil and made homemade bread crumbs as my girls can't eat most storebought crumbs as they have milk intolerances. I mixed in oregano, basil, rosemary, onion and garlic powder. This was the most moist pork I've ever had. Do place it on a sheet of tinfoil to keep from having to scrub the pan and tent it with tinfoil, because it burns within a few minutes if left uncovered. Uncover during the last few minutes to brown crust. It certainly helps to have it stand at the end. Overall, it was just terrific

Herb and Chicken Pasta

Really Excellent recipe. Easy, but good enough for company. I took out the onion as none of us like it and I used rotini pasta as that is my daughters favorite and we all enjoyed it. Definately on my fav. recipe list
