Crustless Spinach Quiche

I loved this quiche, but I replaced the cheese with cheddar, as I do not like the flavor of muenster cheese. It still turned out great and I can't wait to make these again!

Chicken and Gnocchi Soup

I particurally did not favor this recipe, it was not...creamy enough. It was a good soup, but I've have better.
