Right. I really dislike cheesecakes due to an experience I had back in primary school, that one tasted sour and nasty but I actually enjoyed this one that I made. I have no idea what graham crackers look like (seriously I don't) so I subbed with Oreos. This cheesecake recipe makes a very moist, my father called it wet, cheesecake. Tasted amazing no lie but very very moist. So if your looking for a creamy close to cakey cheesecake you will need to add more flour than just a 1/4 cup. Perhaps a 1/2 or 3/4 cup. I also added some zest from a lime to give it a kick and loaded it with essence lol. But if you do like very moist cheesecakes this is your keeper! Oh and yea all those hours you see there, that they give. You don't need em. I left mines in the oven after it baked for 3 hrs and chilled it for however long I wanted. Overall I was very happy with this recipe seeing as how it was my first time and all making one!
