Toffee Bars

These are very good ....but the shortbread crust pulls away from the chocolate when cooled. Needs a caramel or custard filling to hold it all together...yummy though!

S'mores Crumb Bars

Yum,yum,yum....whole family went crazy over this! will definately make again...but will put all the crust on bottom instead of leaving half for the top layer.(that made it a little dry.) I also used milk chocolate chips for a true s'mores taste!

If it was up to me I would have given it 3 stars...it was entirely too strong...but my husband who appreciates a good margarita more than I loved it...so therefore it gets a 5!

Foolproof Rib Roast

I used a 4 pound rib roast...seasoned it and followed the directions, however the second cook time I did 50 min because my family likes it more well done. Next time I think I will stick to the 30 minutes but all in all for well done it was extremely juicy. I also put my roast in 4 ciups of beef broth for extra flavor and juiciness...yummy!

Everybody really liked this....but there is a lot of chopping invloved...a little labor intensive. And make sure not to let the cream mixture boil...it will curdle!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This is really good...salty and sweet at the same time. but really make sure you let that jello sit a while before you add it on top of the cream cheese layer....this is a crucial step! I do not like soggy...and if your jello is runny ...you will have a soggy crust.

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

These were good...but nothing to write home about. Mine turned out flat...crispy on the outside and chewy and bendy in the middle...for true mint lovers only. They froze well...but i will probably not make them again.
