Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup
This was a pretty good soup. Best of all, VERY EASY!! MY MODIFICATIONS: 1.) Added 2 cloves of minced garlic when sauteing the onions and celery. 2.) Used a whole rotisserie chicken from the Costco (and those bad boys are BIG) so roughly 1lb. of chicken in the end, 3.) Used 1c. of every vegetable, instead of the recommended 1/2 cup, 4.) Used nearly 1 tsp., instead of 1/2 tsp., of all of the spices called for in the recipe (minus the salt! which I always add sparingly). 5.) I also did NOT use low-sodium chicken broth, as I find that soups just don't have enough flavor when you use that. So I stuck with the regular stuff. 6.) And finally, I cooked the noodles on the side and then added them when the soup was finished simmering (about 2min before I dished it out into bowls). MY VERDICT: I'd definitely make this recipe again!! It's easy and you can pretty much throw whatever you want in here for a delicious and hearty meal.

Spooky Halloween Eyeballs
I thought this recipe was good....however I have a few recommendations (some are similar to what others have said). 1.) I added almost an entire 3/4c. of graham cracker crumbs to give it some more texture--this will also help the peanut butter to stick together and not be overly gloopy. 2.) The eyes are VERY rich so keep them small. 3.) Use gel for the iris of the eye and black gel for the pupil if you want them to be more realistic. 4.) You'll need double the amount of white chocolate, no way does 12oz cover this. 5.) I kept stirring in 1tsp. vegetable oil into the white chocolate until I got it to be nice and runny. HINT: if you want the chocolate to be thin on the outside (which I recommend because they are quite sweet) the runnier you can get the white chocolate, the better! 5.) I just used red gel for the veins and scribbled it on...it wasn't perfect but looked fine. 6.) Use a strong toothpick to dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate. OVERALL: Good recipe. Would use again, but make sure you leave enough time as they definitely are time consuming. Great for Halloween though!

Spooky Witches Fingers
This recipe TASTED pretty good, but it LOOKED especially great, and was actually quite simple!! I did modify a little bit, however I followed the recipe's ingredients to a T.....1.) Added the green food coloring, which worked out fantastically. 2.) I also added warts to the fingers, however I did this by just rolling up itty-bitty pieces of the dough and sticking them onto the fingers before I put them in the oven (doing it this way made the warts look a lot more realistic). 3.) I used sliced almonds to make the nail part look thin and, again, more realistic...that also turned out great. 4.) Baked for only 20min and the cookies came out really moist. I'm definitely going to reuse this recipe for other "normal" cookies. I think it would taste great with a confectioners sugar frosting/glaze on top! The ONLY criticism I have is what others have pointed out....a TINY bit too salty. I would cut the salt to 1/2tsp.
