The Best Valentine Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2014
I made this with 2/3 vanilla, 1/3 almond, butter flavored shortening and SOY milk. Taste great, hold their shape, and PERFECT for my son who's allergic to dairy! Thank you! Topped with royal icing--delicious.

Macadamia Nut Crusted Tilapia

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
My husband's on a low carb diet so I've been trying to find new recipes. This was definitely a hit! I omitted the brown sugar (for obvious reasons) and seasoned the tilapia with salt and pepper. He loved it!!

Brown Sugar Smokies

Reviewed: Jun. 26, 2010
I knew this would be great--how could you go wrong with bacon, little smokies, and brown sugar? My kids were skeptical, but chowed down on the finished product! We did as another reviewer suggested and put them in a container with the brown sugar, shook them, then put them in the fridge for a couple of hours before baking. Sooooo good!!

Love this recipe! It's the best with broccoli soup! ...of course, my kids just like to eat them plain! Very simple, but such a nice thing to serve company.

Pecan Pie Bars

Wow! These are wonderful! There are 3 cups of sugar in the filling. I used brown & white. Other than boiling over a little in my oven, these are perfect!

We LOVE this recipe! It's a new family favorite. I really tenderized the chicken first and I use mozzerella cheese. Delicious!

Easy Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2009
Holy cow that's good!! I used fresh peaches, and lots of them. I also cut the cream cheese into the cake mix and melted the butter before putting it on top. This was so simple and is the best cobbler I've had. Thank you!

This was so much better than store bought fondant! And it was so easy! I loved working with it, it tasted good, and I even liked the sheen of it. Great recipe, thanks!

Ice Cream Cake Roll

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2008
This recipe is wonderful! I doubled it, and although I had a tough time spreading the batter and my cake was a lumpy, bumpy thing, it actually rolled beautifully! It was yummy! I used frosting instead of ice cream and made my nephew a light sabor cake for his birthday. FUN FUN!!

Cook's Ham Steak with Classic Cherry Glaze

Outstanding recipe! I used tarragon vinegar instead of red wine(apple cider vinegar would be good too). Will double glaze recipe next time. Delicious!
