Mama's Blackberry Cobbler
Mmmm! Excellent!!! Made tonight as a dessert for Breaded Garlic Chicken, Sweet Baby Carrots and Mashed Potatoes on a frankly, freezing winter night. After making all of that I was pleasantly surprised to find out how easy this was. I used only half a cup of white sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a little cinnamon sprinkled on top. Tasted amazing! Everyone loved it. Five Starts!

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Great Pot Pie Recipe!!! Everyone loved it! My mother and my aunt were working all day and they were very happy to come home to this. My aunt who has never liked any kind of Pot Pie loved this. She took some home for my Uncle. Filled the kitchen with an amazing smell. I was happy at how easy this was to make as well. I followed the recipe exactly, except I had my dad cube the chicken because it looked gross raw. I'm 14, I can make my father do gross things. Because I'm a potato lover I added fresh cubed potatoes and boiled them with the other vegetables. Came out excellent. I made a homemade pie-crust and I pre-baked it thanks to a Quiche incident where I didn't pre-bake it like the recipe suggested and the bottom didn't cook through. It didn't burn from being baked twice so if you're making a homemade pie crust I recommend pre-baking the crust. The pot pies I usually order from restaurants or frozen brands are really soupy with a pastry topping but this one was nice and didn't spill everywhere. 5 Stars!

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies
These were fantastic! I've been teaching myself how to cook and bake lately, and yesterday I had a craving for cookies. Spur of the moment cookie decision, I guess you could call it. I mixed the baking soda and baking powder like other reviewers suggested and had no problems at all. I haven't made cookies since I was little and my mother would do all of the hard work. Very easy to make! Only took half and hour! I was a little skeptical of the baking time since ten minutes seemed like it wouldn't cook throughly but I followed the recipe and wow! My brother and I haven't been able to keep our hands off these. I'm glad him and I are both athletes!
