Chicken Enchiladas II
Simple and delicious! Everyone in my family enjoys this recipe and my husband often makes it when it's his turn to cook at the firestation. You can also spice it up to your personal preference. Thanks Steph for the great and easy to make recipe!

Chocolate Lovers' Favorite Cake
This is one of my most requested recipes! I have made this cake dozens of times and have never had one come out less than 5 star quality! I have found that this cake is better if you DON'T use a cake mix that already has pudding in the mix. Duncan Hines is truly the best cake mix to work with. I also melt some canned chocolate frosting and drizzle it over the top of the cake. Talk about rich! It's oooohh so worth it ! Thank you Susan!

Clone of a Cinnabon
These are, without a doubt, THE BEST homemade cinnamon rolls! I have made them several times now and they disappear as fast as I make them. Very easy to make and with just the basics that I always have on hand. The only thing I do different is to melt a container's worth of vanilla frosting (such as Duncan Hines or Betty Crocker) and then pour it over the top of the cinnamon rolls while they're still hot from the oven. good!!! Also, I occasionally add raisins to them (I usually sprinkle them over the top of the brown sugar/cinnamon mixture before rolling the dough).
