Baked Pork Chops I
The direction "Fry the pork chops 5 minutes per side..." is misleading. Despite the instruction to do so over a medium-high heat I found that over a medium heat the breading burns in less than two minutes. I'm displeased with this recipe, will not be cooking it again, and in addition to not recommending it to others I will specifically recommend that they do not try it.
