Slow Cooker Tapioca Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2010
Perfect tapioca pudding. I ended up making this on the stove top after soaking the small tapioca pearls overnight. It turned out perfectly and is delicious. I will try this in the slow cooker next time but it turned out great without it. :)

Awesome! I did use a little tapioca just in case it was too thin. I never thought I would like it without the cinnamon. I DO I DO I DO!

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2007
I use this recipe for more than just pizza crust. I Add a little mixture of olive oil, herbs, and garlic into the dough once it has raised and I shape it into bread sticks. I top them with melted butter and coarse salt. YUMMMY!!!!!!!!! Everyone asks for this recipe.

Crepes

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2006
I normally make crepes by adding a little of this and a little of that..I am not one for recipes. I decided to try this because of its ratings and I was not disappointed! This is a recipe I will want to use again. These taste like mine when they are at their best. I can now be sure they will be perfect. ( I did add a couple of TBS sugar as I was making blintz) I think it helped them brown a little too. Thanks

Corn Tortilla Chips

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2005
This is fine and dandy, I do this all the time. Is this really a recipe or common sense? Kind of like a peanut butter sandwich. I like the idea of spraying them with cooking spray and baking them. I will try that next time. :)

Banana Banana Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2005
This was really good however it wasn't anything to brag about. I didn't have enough bananas so I used 2 cups bananas and the rest applesauce. It looks really good. Tastes good. Next time I will use a metal loaf pan instead of glass. (mine was a little over done on the outside)

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2005
OHHH sooooo Good! My guests loved this too. I marinated the steaks ( I did 6 and tripled the recipe ) for 2 days. I had run out of olive oil so I used 1/2 sesame oil instead. Instead of balsamic vinegar I used red wine vinegar. Course grnd black pepper made this perfect.

Gumdrop Candy

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2005
I am sorry. I usually don't even leave a rating if I find something bad but this was not good at all. I followed the improved directions and I ended up with a jam-like sticky mess. I found it was too runny after setting up overnight to even cut it let alone into the "shape" of a square. Maybe add a package of unflavored geletain? Sorry Tresa :)

Hershey's ® Chocolate Mousse

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2005
I have used this recipe for nearly 5 years. It is the BEST! I have made other, more elaborate versions of chocolate mousse but after this, there is no point. This recipe is easy and delicious. I never cut down the sugar because I like my desserts sweet. I can't go on enough. My family and friends love this.

Amish White Bread

This is a very good recipe. I braided mine and brushed with egg yolk. I also sprinkled sesame seeds. I don't usually use a recipe for bread ( I do it out of my head) If I should need a recipe this is a great one to use.

Clone of a Cinnabon

These are wonderful! I am very impressed. I didn't use a bread machine and it worked out just great. I also didn't have any cream cheese, so I used sour cream and a little extra XXX sugar for the frosting. My husband wants me to make these everyday!
