Favorite Barbecue Chicken
I made a few changes based on what I had. I sprayed my crock pot with coconut oil. I chopped in half red potatoes , sprinkled with garlic salt oregano and lemon pepper. Layered bottom of crock pot with potatoes. Browned skin on bone in chicken thighs (coz that's what I had). Made sauce exactly but I used red onion, less brown sugar and a Trollope of Dijon and woodsy. It would be a five if I had grilled it as poster had written

Salmon Pasta with Spinach and Artichokes
loved this. Baked salmon as recipe indicted with a touch of lemon. In a pan I sautéed the olive oil a little bit of butter chopped garlic and chopped fresh dill and red pepper flakes. Smelled amazing by then. I added to the oil mixture the artichokes a can of clams and a can of sliced black olives and a chopped tomato I needed to use, Dumped a big handful of fresh spinach to pan. Once all was warmed I added the salmon and wine. and let simmer for a bit Served a nice spoonful over some thick pasta pappale noodles and added the Parmesan cheese This was so good, would make again Very healthy dinner

Chicken With Mushrooms
This is some dang good comfort food. I followed directions but I also added in other posters ideas and it was really good. Good enough for company. I used Panko for bread crumbs and added garlic salt and rosemary and oregano to the mix. Cooked breaded chicken till brown on both sides, removed to a plate. In same pan with leftover panko I put a little more olive oil and sauteed the mushrooms with galic and some white wine. In a bowl I mixed a can of cream of mushroom soup and the chicken broth. Stirred it around and dumped in the bottom of baking pan of which I had sprayed some Pam. Put Chicken on top of the soup mixture and poured the fresh mushroom and wine mix on top of the browned chicken. Covered with foil and baked for 20. Took off foil and put swiss cheese slices on top and baked another ten minurtes. I did not serve with noodles just trying to save some calories. I will put some green bean with it instead.
