Easy Fusili with Tomato Pesto Sauce
This was excellent and so easy. My husband raved over every bite. I recently started using whole grain pasta and he didn't even notice! I'm good at missing the small details in recipes, such as draining the tomatoes, but it made no difference in this one. Based on previous reviews, I added a splash of red wine and some Italian seasoning. I'll definitely be making this one again and again.

Fish Tacos with Honey-Cumin Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Mayo
We loved this recipe, especially the simple chipotle mayo and cabbage combo. My husband never had fish tacos before and finally discovered why I love them so much. We had some issues in frying the fish chunks, but I think it was because we oversoaked them in eggs before adding the breadcrumbs. The batter wouldn't stick well to the fish. Will definitely make again, but we want to grill the fish the next time to keep it a little healthier. All in all, this is an excellent recipe!

Grandma's Green Bean Casserole
I've made this 4 times since August for family gatherings and have had about a dozen requests for the recipe from people that weren't at any of them. I found that it's very easy to double everything and bake in a 9 X 13 stoneware cake pan. I even made it with reduced fat sour cream and no one noticed a difference. At the first get-together, I made one casserole of the classic onion version and one of this. Without a doubt, this was the favorite.
