Peppered Shrimp Alfredo
Like others, I modified this recipe slightly, in my case to make it a little more healthy - used only the olive oil (no butter), and substituted fat free half and half for the cream. We also left out the red pepper (kids don't like it) and used onion powder instead of onion (kids don't like onion either). It was YUMMY!!
