Jim's Salmon Patties

REALLY GOOD!!!! I made this but since I didn't have mayo I subbed Miracle Whip and with the substitution I left out the lemon juice. I also didn't add the red pepper flakes because my 3yr was going to be trying these. These turned out so well that I really enjoyed them and my 3yr old ate almost a whole patty it was a winner in our book.

3BC (Best Baked Bean Casserole)

Best beans. I've made these a few times now. I made a few changes. I don't add onion or the worcestershire sauce. I add an extra can of Bush's Beans usually 14oz or so, I also double up on the ketchup and mustard. I've been asked to always bring the beans to family functions now.

Chicken and Stuffing Skillet

Super easy. I didn't use chicken breast, instead I only had chicken tender strips;seasoned with salt and pepper.(only took 5mins cooktime)Also only had Stove Top stuffing so I used that, another thing used was cream of chicken (seasoned with black pepper) We all enjoyed the dinner. I didn't find it too soggy. I think next time I make it I will heat the soup and milk in a seperate pan so that it's heated through faster.

Sausage Gravy

Basically followed this recipe to a T, except instead of draining the fat I kept allof it to use as a roux. I added quite a bit of black pepper and about 1/4tsp of salt. It was great. I had enough to have leftovers the next day and it was even better.

Super Sausage Gravy

Love this recipe. I've been making it for years from the Bob Evans website. I never have to add salt, but I do add plenty of black pepper(hubby loves pepper). Taste just like the sausage gravy at every Bob Evans Resturant I've ate at.

Tater Tot Casserole

Love this recipe. The only thing I changed was instead of ketchup and worcestershire I use 1 to 2 tbls of bbq sauce. Also instead of Cream of Mushroom soup (husband hates mushrooms) I use cream of celery soup.
