Salsa Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2012
This recipe is definately a keeper .After reading many of the reviews I picked what worked for us . Spray the bottom of the dish as well as putting a thin amt of salsa on the bottom ( I use the mild salsa ) the 1st time I made it I had fajhita seasoning and taco seasoning to make up for the amt needed it was awesome !I also use almost an entire jar of the salsa when cooking Yummy! Top with lots of extra cheese. The sour cream is a must just compliments it beautifully : )

Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 29, 2012
This has been a family favorite for a long time . I have tried it with Miracle Whip and Hellmanns Mayo. Both are good but I find the Mayo can be a little rich sometimes.I generally combine the Miracle Whip with the cheese and add garlic ( powdered or fresh ).A sm amount of Italian seasoning is also a nice compliment. Bone in breasts also work very well just remove the skin and top with the mixture before baking.Havent tried it with the breadcrumbs though might be a nice addition for the next time I make it .

Herbed Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2013
I made these potatoes last night for dinner they were in one word fantastic.I followed the recipe amounts as written with the exception of adding a layer of sliced onions in the middle of the potatoes as well as adding some chopped onion to the butter while it was melting before adding the flour . Had to have a generous layer of cheese to top it off too . This will be the only way I will make scalloped potatoes from now on :) Thankyou for this awesome recipe !
