Soft Peanut Butter Cookies
1st batch of these cookies I made exactly as stated. While good, our family felt that it definatly needed more peanutbutter! So I bumped the peanut butter up to 1 cup for the second batch. Like someone else said, dont pay attention to edges, pay attention to time! By the times that the edges start to change you have way over cooked them. Overall great taste and they are soft. Stored in a zippy or a sealed cookie jar, they stay that way for several days. =)

Angie's Perfect Dinner Rolls
Great Dinner rolls, simple, and while tedious with the repeated punching down of the dough, its a great recipie for the day off when you are running loads of laundry. I found myself using the timer on the washer/dryer to remind me to punch down the dough. Worked well and my children loved them. Tasted great!

Buttery Soft Pretzels
Amazing and simple to make! My children LOVE these as afterschool snacks! I pair them with either cheese sauce or even just butter. Amazingly delish, and for a novice "yeast" user like me they turned out great the first time. I would only watch them closely when you bake them, oven times do vary as do batch by batch. I check on them every few minutes untill they are done.
