I too added more brown sugar than white, replaced an entire cup of flour with ground oatmeal, I sliced in some white baker's chocolate that I had on hand, and I also added a tsp of almond flavor.
Easy to make, gave me 36 cookies even AFTER freezing a 1/4 of it for quick cookies at a later time.
