Made-in-Minutes No-Cook Fudge

Love this fudge! I was looking for easy no-bake recipes to get more coconut oil into my diet and this is perfect. I made a variety batch and added walnuts to part, unsweetened coconut to part and made some peanut butter cups and they are all delicious. I did not have honey so used imitation honey, splenda and stevia cocoa extract to sweeten. Thanks for posting, so glad I found this healthy "fudge" recipe and know it will help me eat enough coconut oil for weight loss and other benefits!

Zucchini Oatmeal Waffles

Really enjoyed these, knew they were more like zucchini bread than crispy waffles from the reviews. I made 1/2 the recipe and it made 2 belgian waffles and one was quite filling. I added about a Tablespoon each of wheat germ and 7 grain cereal, more cinnamon and used coconut oil instead of butter. Love that these have oats and whole wheat and a veggie. I love quick breads, so this is a good substitute in the hot summer and also good portion control. Thanks for posting and for the comments.

Amazing Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

I really like this recipe, it is the best whole wheat pizza crust I have found. I made it as written in my bread maker, had to add more flour and I did pre-cook the crust a bit as suggested by others. I froze some of the dough and it was just as good as fresh. Thanks for the recipe!

Dark Rye Bread

Delicious and easy, good flavor. I did have to cook it a little longer than the regular bread machine cycle, that may be because of changes I made. I substituted 1/2 cup whole wheat for some of the all purpose flour and added a tsp of gluten, used 1 T of regular sugar and 1 T stevia (did not have brown sugar) and added extra caraway seeds. Used basic setting, light crust.

Uncle Wynn's Bread Machine Rye

Turned out wonderful, even with quite a few changes. I used Great River 7 Grain Bread flour, regular flour and the dark rye + corn meal. I used a bit less sweetener, part molasses, and coconut oil instead of olive.... the rest as written except more gluten. I used the french setting for my Westbend bread maker on medium crust and the loaf needed to bake a little longer. I think next time I will use the low setting for crust and the full amount of sweetener. Wonderful rye taste and denser because of the whole grains. I am very pleased with this, it is much better than the other bread machine rye recipe I tried. It will pair nicely with sandwiches and soup.
