Black Bean and Chickpea Hummus

I don't agree with giving a recipe 5 stars if you make changes, which is why I'm giving this one 4. Actually as is, it's more a 3.5. The curry really doesn't belong. We made it according to the recipe the first time and all 4 of us who had it agreed the curry didn't belong. We made it again without curry. We added more garlic, some taco seasoning, cumin, chili powder and cayenne powder. I'd give this version 5 stars.

Honey-Garlic Glazed Meatballs

I was disappointed in these meatballs. I love the flavor of honey-garlic, but these were more honey, not enough garlic. My husband didn't care for them at all. Actually, the balls themselves were good, it was the sauce we weren't fond of.

Banana Muffins I

This is the banana muffin recipe I always use now, even tho I have probably 10 or 12 others! I've made them with multigrain flour the past 2 times, and they are still yummy. I also use low fat sour cream. So it's nice to know they taste good and aren't too unhealthy. I only get 9 or 10 muffins each time tho because I fill my liners close to the top for bigger muffins!

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

Creamy Twice-Baked Potatoes

Very delicious! I was looking for a recipe for baked potatoes that tasted like the ones at some restaurants, and this is it! I've made them with and without green onion as well, both are yummy.

Grilled Salmon I

I've made this recipe many times, tho I've yet to grill the salmon. I always do mine in the oven. Both me and my husband love the flavour the marinade leaves on the salmon. Very tasty.

Brownie Mallow Bars

I didn't make this exact recipe, mine has the brownie bottom made from scratch, but the other ingredients are the same. I also used Cadbury bars for the top. Everyone who has tried them loves them. I made them last Christmas, and they were a big hit, so I made them again this year. They're definately worth trying.

Peanut Butter Chip Chocolate Cookies

Hmmm, very good! If you love the flavor of peanut butter and chocolate (as I do), definately try these. I hate when cookies flatten out, and these did not. I'm trying not to eat them all while they're still warm. I had to leave the kitchen!

Banana Muffins II

Very good and easy to make. I usually have all the ingredients on hand, so whenever I have some over-ripe bananas on hand, I'll make a batch and freeze them. I also printed off the recipe for Banana Muffins I, but I liked these so much, I'm afraid to try a different recipe!

Ultimate Double Chocolate Cookies

Peanut Butter Candy Bars

I also halved the bottom and put it in a 9x9" pan. If I were to make the full recipe, I'd double the chocolate topping. I made half with semi-sweet chocolate, and half with a Cadbury Dream bar (my fiance prefers white chocolate). We both enjoyed them.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I think I did something wrong because mine flattened out when they cooled, which is what I hate. I made half with vanilla pudding and white chocolate chips (for my fiance), and half with chocolate pudding and chips (for me, the chocoholic). He liked his, but I thought they were just ok. But after reading all the rave reviews again, I may have to attempt them again.

Seafood Fettuccine

I loved this recipe. It's better than some I've had in restaurants. Even my boyfriend, who's not a big pasta lover, went back for seconds. We used scallop and shrimp, but I may try it today with chicken breast.

Chicken Enchiladas II

My boyfriend and I loved these. I realized after I had started making them that I was out of green onion, so I used green pepper instead. I also used cream of chicken soup, and salsa instead of the chiles. They are very filling!
