They taste pretty good - however as others have experienced...when I mixed everything according to the directions without changing a thing - well, it was almost like a thick pancake batter or perhaps cake batter. I stopped and came back and read the reviews in depth, knowing I couldn't very well put that concoction in the oven and expect cookies to come out individual cookies. I had doubled the batch, so I added an additional 3/4 cup of flour (1/4 cup at a time, checking consistency as I went) until the proper viscosity was reached. At that point they went pretty well, but as others have also said - you need to WATCH these cookies. They don't cook very consistently, one batch 10.5 minutes, the next 10, another 11 minutes. You need to watch, as they go from barely cookied, to burnt in no time at all. That said - they are pretty good. Not the best I have ever had, but "they'll do", not going to throw them up, but most likely will not be making them again.
