Simple Beef Pot Roast
One of the best pot roast I ever had! Made as written but substituted mccormick just a pinch season all as I'm not a big fan of rosemary on its own.. Will make again but will also cut back on the butter to 2T. A 1/2 of stick was too much. For everyone saying it was dry, you need to use the celery, carrots and onions; this creates the juice in which it cooks.....Thanks for a great recipe...My husband loved it!

Easy Salsa Meatloaf
Can I just say I did not have high hopes, not because it did not sound good, but because I have been so disappointed in the past with recipes claiming to be the best ever....It was amazing...I did make minor changes...I used oats instead of bread crumbs and I added a small finely chopped onion as well as half a greenpepper also chopped fine. I cooked in 9x13 pan freestyle and cooked on 350 degrees for about an hour....Perfect...can not wait to make now on a regular rotation instead of only 2 times a year....Truly the only recipe for meatloaf you'll ever need.

Spanish Rice II
So I made enchilades and was looking for a homemade spanish rice to go along with them....Turned out very good!! Substituted brown rice for the white and also omitted the chili powder but did add a packet of the Sazon ....will definitely make again
