Ricotta Gnocchi

Gnocchi was very good. I used half the pepper recommended, as some suggested, and it seemed perfect. If I made it again I would probably just use a can of spaghetti sauce instead of making the sauce in the recipe. The sauce tasted good, but I used a bag of shredded mozzarella instead, because it is way cheaper, and it melted and made the sauce all stringy/clumpy.

Greek Penne and Chicken

Good but had a tangy taste in there that I wasn't as wild about. If I made it again I would try without the lemon juice. I also used extra garlic, a can of tomato paste and sautéed the chicken in some of the marinated artichoke juice. I only used about half the artichoke, I thought it was too much.

Apple, Cranberry, and Pear Crisp

I used golden delicious apples and bartlett pears. I also used about 3/4 of a stick of butter rather than a whole stick. Came out great.
