Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2004
This is the BEST chocolate chip cookie we've ever tasted!!! I had my husband and 2 teenage boys be my guinea pigs with the first batch...they stood in the kitchen, eyes closed and relishing every crumb. I took a couple of hints from other reviewers...I increased the vanilla to 3 teaspoons and used parchment paper. Not a burned batch in the bunch. Thanks for such a great recipe. It's the only chocolate chip cookie recipe I'll use from now on.

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2007
Awesome recipe! I made a three minor changes: substituted seasoned bread crumbs for the crutons, and grated the onion (extra moisture and flavor from the juice) and garlic into the meat mixture. We're native New Mexicans and lots of garlic, onios and spice works for us! Thanks for a great recipe!

Sour Cream Pumpkin Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
Absolutely delicious...I've made this before with wonderful results. I had a major craving for this yesterday, but had difficulty finding canned pumpkin. After going to 3 stores, I could only find pumpkin pie filling. I substituted the pie filling for the pure pumpkin (and followed the rest of the recipe), and I think the cake came out moister! This is a great recipe!

Everything Challah

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2010
I was very happy to find a recipe that was exactly what I was looking for..."everything" bread, and I've made challah for years. It was very good, but my garlic and dried onions came out kind of burned. I'll just need to tweak my cooking temp/time a little, or maybe spray the loaves with cooking spray after putting on the topping. I will definitely be making this again. My family loved it.

Garlic Cheese Flatbread

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2010
Absolutely delicious...it's almost identical to a famous pizza chain's hand-tossed pizza crust. VERY easy to make, and very easy to change up. I plan to add chopped green chili to the dough and top with mexican cheeses. This is a perfect bread, adaptable to whatever dish you are making. Thank you very much for this recipe!
