Baked Macaroni and Cheese II

Quite bland, however, I think kids might like it. If i were to make it again, i'd use fresh tomatoes and I'd use all the white cheddar at once in order to make it taste fresher, otherwise, the soup is over powering.

Indian Chicken Curry (Murgh Kari)

Amazing, authentic flavor and very easy to make. I made no changes whatsoever. Its quite hot, to say the least, but absolutely delicious. I travel to India quite a bit and the fragrances generated by this dish bring wonderful memories every time.

Thanksgiving Meatloaf

They could place a photo of this dish in the dictionary under the word, "bland". Quite tasteless... literally no taste. I did not tweak the recipe in any way, I probably would use an apple with more flavor and more savory seasonings. I'd skip it altogether if I were you.

Blue Cheese, Spinach Meat Loaf Muffins

What a fantastic, sophisticated play on meat loaf! The blue cheese creates a heavenly bite while the spinach lends an earthy tone...a sophisticated flare yet an old home satisfaction. The only thing I did differently was increase the blue cheese, onion and spinach to one cup each... also used 85% lean beef... very little run off, if at all. absolutely delicious. Pared with a petit Syrah.

Sonny's Tater Tot Casserole

Quite bland. I prepared it as per the recipe; however, while preparing the beef, I found it to be quite bland. I increased the Worcestershire to several tablespoons and did the same with seasoning blend. In addition I added 2 cloves of garlic. The flavor improved but still on the bland side,

Roasted New Red Potatoes

Very easy and tasty recipe. My only complaint is that despite the ingredients and the use of a non-stick pan, they stuck to the bottom of the pan as if they were glued on! Next time I make it, I will have to experiment with additional ingredients in an effort to keep the little fellas from sticking so badly!

The BEST Macaroni Salad You Will EVER Have!!

German Chocolate Chip Pound Cake

Didn't turn out in comparison to other pound cakes I've made. Flavor was okay but tasted more like a yellow cake than it did a pound cake. Also, and most disappointing, the chips sank to the bottom of the pan leaving a gooey, sticky mess. The batter seemed fine so I don't know how this happened. I will stick to my old recipies.

Chicken Tetrazzini IV

Easy and quite tasty. Covered the casserole dish and baked the left-overs the following day and it was still delicious and satisfying. I cooked the chicken in olive oil, garlic and basil which added another flavor element to the dish; otherwise followed the directions and ingredients exactly and it turned out beautifully.

Easy Paella

Very tasty, superb texture, wonderful aroma, but most of all, so easy! The next time I make it, I will cook the meats in a wok for better browning; otherwise, no changes whatsoever. I froze the leftovers and they reheated nicely.

Gulf Coast Guacamole Dip

WOW - what a surprise...very tangy, nice bite (albeit mild) and great texture. From the discriminating chef to the frozen meal gourmet, all my guests loved it making it one of few universal crowd pleasers in my recipe collection. I made no alterations and prepared the dip exactly as described in the recipe...can't think of anything I would have changed. BTW, photo doesn't due it justice. Mine came out a pale green and not the strange brown color in the picture.

Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge

PHENOMENAL FUDGE! Knowing how the cooking time makes the difference between a rich fudge and one that's stiff, flaky or brittle, I followed the directions EXACTLY and it turned out perfectly. Using premium ingredients will give you a premium fudge...tried the store brands and although it turns out okay, the taste is not the same.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Can't go wrong with this one! Easy, fast and tasty...what else could a cook ask for? Threw it all in my mixer and used the dough hook and it came together quickly and cleanly. I've passed this on to countless family and friends and all of the love it.

Grandma's Sloppy Joes

Absolutely delicious. Followed the recipe completely and it was very tasty, quite fragrant and had a wonderful texture. Everybody loved them. I was a little leery about the cloves but added it as described and had no regrets. This recipe is a new staple in our household.
