Cheesy Vegetable Lasagna

Just fantastic!!! No other words to describe it. I have the most difficult husband to please and he LOVED it. I did add butter to the white sauce, spices to the veggies and used fresh spinach. The only downside, if there is a downside, is that prep was not the cleanest. I used many pots and pans however, I did prepare it the day before so there was no mess when my guests came over. I simply baked the next day.

Cherry Snowballs

Very very tasty cookie. This recipe was easy to prepare but it did take time (well worth it). I added cherry juice to the icing and did leave the coconut off of some. I can not wait till next Christmas to make these again.

Baklava

Cream Puffs I

Adrienne's Cucumber Salad

Cinnamon Rolls III

Fantastic cinnamon flavor and very easy to prepare. I did not make them in a bread machine and they still came out delish! I made them the night before and put them in the fridge after I rolled them out. About 2 hours before I wanted to serve them, I took them out and let them rise (double in size). Baked them as directed and they came out great!

Banana Butter Icing

Peach Cobbler II

Chocolate Frosting I

This Chocolate Frosting is great just as the recipe is written. I took the advise of other reviewers and found the frosting was ruined. When I did make it according to directions it came out great! If it is too sweet I would suggest adding a bit more butter instead of cutting down on sugar. When you cut down on sugar the frosting will not have the correct consistency.
