So, it's been (almost) one week and I feel really good. It could be the fact that I took time away from the internet or that I spent time with a friend, but I think a lot of it is food. I have been told a few times "eat to live, don't live to eat", but
I'm learning there has to be some sort of medium. If there weren't, I would never have had this delicious black bean chipotle burger this past weekend. And gosh-dangit if that wasn't one of the best things I've ever tasted.
Plus, after relaxing about what I ate, I actually lost some weight!
So, I'm trying to figure out exactly what I want to do with this diet. I want limits, but to not overdo it.
And finds this week (if anyone wants to know): they weren't kidding when they said broccoli helps your hair grow, Grocery Outlet Bargain Market isn't just for junk food, being happier helps with (at least my) physical health.
